Delivery is subject to stock availability and credit card authorization. All parcels require a signature so we might try a neighbor either side if you are not home. If we are unable to deliver then a card will be left with a number for you to contact and rearrange delivery.  For a full refund or exchange, send your item(s) to us in its original condition with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt of order for full priced items or 14 days of receipt of order for sale items.
